Maybe with some specific use case related to gpu rendering or something, but even then it would be more like forcing it to repaint part of the screen not clicking in the right place.

As a developer, I can say with confidence that generally there’s just no way that clicking a random spot will help the code suddenly execute correctly or faster or help a resource free up so execution can continue or whatever.

There’s just way too many kinds of freezes and lagging that this advice is all but useless and akin to a placebo at best.

This is to be expected, Google does the same thing with their search engine; delay providing the most accurate and related results in order to get users to see more ads per search.

He shills things like chocolate bars that are healthy to defeat obesity yet those same bars have twice the sugar than others like hershey bars. He gets kids to buy his shit on the guise of ‘oh maybe we’ll slip something in your order box! Maybe an iphone!!!’ and now you have kids stumbling over themselves to beg their parents to buy Mr. Beast merch / mr. beast burger / mr. beast feastables / etc.

He’s not a terrible person but this shit is gross, a lot of it is gambling-adjacent and the kids EAT IT THE FUCK UP. Yeah Mr. Beast is a businessman, but his business is manipulating children.
