I’m blown away when people say aniseed is similar to licorice. Aniseed is good, licorice is gross.

Nonono, aniseed is amazing; licorice is not. If you mix them you spoil the aniseed of course…
Anyway I love butter, I like yogurt and fish and I’m ambivalent about vinegar, I like it on some things more than others.
I can’t think of any other flavors I don’t like, I certainly have preferences but I can tolerate most foods I’m not that much into. Only exceptions would be avocado and pineapple which are painful to digest, but their taste is fine.
I didn’t know heirlooms would be just as easy to grow. I might give it a go… I love their taste, unfortunately the price is a bit on the ridiculous sometimes.
Okay let’s test it: Do you like licorice? I hate it, but the comment you replied to was talking about bliss
Ok, just curious, I can think of other things that would make someone “successful” in the music world but I think talent would still be in my top 10 for sure. Not essential as I said, you don’t need to check everything in the list.
What are your top 10s?
Can you explain it to me please? So far the only one that got me to chuckle was the athlete greyhound one.
Fame comes with the right social connections and luck. Talent helps, but is secondary. Of course, if you have all three, you become very very well known and people will feel you deserve in some way the fame and fortune you have.
This one pisses outside the urinal, it’s grossly missing the mark
On one side the artists who have art as an integral part of their identities and social roles, threatened by Ai, should be paired by the equally dedicated programmers who are threatened by Ai
The ChatGPT programmers should be paired with Midjourney prompters that so call themselves artists.
Sir/Ma’am all you had to do was phrase it as a question, not a statement
I’m sure there have to be more specialized communities for this though
Pirate zbrush and try Nomad. I don’t have a tablet so I never gave it a go.
As for Zbrush, Maxon has done absolutely nothing of value to it since its acquisition. I purchased the perpetual license when it was still Pixologic and that’s what I keep using. I hear from industry professionals that I don’t miss out on absolutely anything new at all.
No.
There is only so much you can learn that is applicable to real life situation about body movement. I guess you can read that if you hold your breath and relax, or keep a certain upright posture with your arms extended, then you will remain afloat. But that’s about it. You need to go and try it. No matter for how many years you read, you need to first go and try the basics.
You can say the same about riding a bicycle I guess or rollerblades or a skateboard
That’s a really good point a lot of people miss. There are a lot of right answers in this post, different people, different results; age; etc. But if you don’t level up the challenge and make sure you are meeting those challenges correctly then you will stagnate. True for everything
My cats ask the same thing when I clean. I mean. They don’t speak, of course. But they look puzzled af. When I finish and sit down, they approach slowly to sniff me and check if I’m still the same person before cleaning
Thanks! Yes, I was wondering where would be a good place to start for absolute noobs, thanks for the tip. Investing is a mystery in my life I’ve been conditioned not to try to understand, perhaps it’s time to do something about it.
How do you know how to invest? Asking for a friend.
The roo is good and I would have it more often if not for the price tag.
The ants and mealworms were pan fried, sauteed I guess. They were good. Ants were like a zesty citrus crumb and mealworms were sort of like popcorn.
Not many, I’ve had crickets, ants, mealworms, venison, kangaroo, I think that’s it for unusual. Not sure if things like duck and eel make it to the exotic list for you. I’ve had kangaroo more times than I’ve had eel though, probably just because of location.
I thought this would be a continuation of the previous one, since this character fell off a cliff. Would have been funnier if she said “you just fell off a cliff” and then lightning strikes him
Presuming you mean meat I consistently dislike no matter if it’s well prepared or in good condition: None. I would say beef and chicken but those were isolated instances and you removed them as options too.
Then… I don’t know, every time I tried something else it turned out to be good. Once I had a codfish that wasn’t well prepared. It was tough like a shoe sole and full of bones. But it didn’t taste terrible, so I’m not sure if it’s a suitable option.
Let’s go for both. Are they too different for you? I like aniseed but not licorice. They taste very different to me and I can’t recall enjoying anything labeled as licorice, although where I grew up I didn’t have that distinction in color or name for it.
