I’ve got wallet and lighter front right, phone and cigs front left, and keys on a carabiner tucked into back right. Back left is basically always empty.

    Front right: Wallet. Always there, even when I sleep.

    Edit for front right, I also keep minimal keys there.

    Front left: Phone.

    Rear right: Multitool.

    Rear left: Smokes and lighter.
