It’s been a while since I’ve seen a mildly funny garfield comic
Rumor has it that Jim Davis has many uncredited “assistants” that help produce the daily strips these days. My guess is at the very least they pitch jokes to use in the strips, which might lead to the kind of “writers’ room” mediocrity that we see in modern Garfield. But I’m probably overthinking it.
I mean even if he does not have assistants, Garfield had been running for how long? You run out of funny things after a while.
Was it… ever funny?
I finally got the wildfire in my sock drawer under control.
Spiders are bros.
And house centipedes!
Also, I’m surprised to see an actually decent Garfield strip. (usually they put me to sleep)
