Oh that’s nice. We visited Germany about 10 years ago and didn’t get international cell service, so we were relying on hotel wifi and other wifi hotspots. This kind of thing would have been great.

Ours was on a wall across from the office, but the wall opened up to the cafeteria just next to it. I recall students sometimes using it during lunch.
A friend of mine has that condition where she can’t visualize things. I wonder how she would like this comic. My guess is she’d crack a joke about it being a good thing she can’t do this.
Same experience here as a GenXer - I don’t recall my parents ever reading to me - they might have when I was really young, but they were also raising my brothers (6 and 7 years older than me), so I doubt they had much time.
I was the avid reader in the family. When I got married, I stopped reading as much, but I still do some reading when I find a book that interests me. I have three or four sitting on my desk at the moment that I haven’t started.
“Biden’s economy”
Very few people actually ever tow anything (and I say that as someone who regularly does tow things). But even then, I can keep our ice pickup and replace our car that we drive every day with an ev.
We won’t, though, because the current situation in the US means us taking on new debt would be dumb.
Ah but who wrote the comic? Checkmate, machine.
Witnessed a car crash a few years ago right in front of me because of this. I was the second car in line heading south at a traffic light. When our light turned green, a car heading west in the late afternoon ran the red light and smashed into the car in front of me.
I saw them coming and said, “Watch out!” but of course that did no good. The driver of the westbound car said she lost the traffic light in the sun and didn’t realize it was red. I have no idea why you’d continue on at 40 mph if you weren’t sure you had a green light, but here we are.
I had chosen that route home intentionally to avoid driving into the sun. Had I been the first car in that line, I might have been involved in the crash despite my caution.
I don’t know why this is funny, but I’m laughing anyway. Last Place is really out there sometimes.
Does this sound like a man who had all he could eat?
Or, do what the nearby horse farm does, just head to my neighborhood and leave the horse shit all over the trail and the road and people’s yards!
Seems kind of rude to me, but what do I know.
“The chickens are revolting!” “Finally, something we agree on.”
I love that movie and still quote it. “And we’re the chickens!”
Nah, I heard that long before cell phone cameras were even a thing.
Related: “Your camera takes good pictures!”
Fun fact, the operator can set the “win” percentage! (My brother is in the business of arcade and redemption games at various locations.)
Yeah those are great until you have to clean them because the cat missed. I still use them, because it’s better than the floor, and basically any mat has some type of issues.
A strategic crypto reserve? Hahaha hahaha hahaha oh my god.
Has he checked with Elon about this and gotten approval? Dogecoin seems to be missing.
I don’t disagree with the premise, but one group is literally siding with Trump and cheering on everything he does. You have a way to get through to them? Because so far, when you point out the issues, they just attack or claim you’re a sore loser.
Can confirm, I’ve ridden a few centuries too, both outdoor and on virtual cycling platform. My longest is 120 miles, actually.
It’s hard.
