Besides, just forcing them to jump through all those hoops on every applicant is already a win.

And drag out the interview, ask lots of questions, repeat questions, never make a move to leave until they order you to. Eat up the interview time of several applicants.
No, it’s not. Even if they catch on to it, and start working harder to weed out applicants, it will have caused a bottleneck in their system that will slow them down. And piss them off.

26·21 hours agoOur country is under MAGA Nazis rule, and that is nothing to celebrate. Independence Day should be a Day of Resistance, until the MAGA Nazis lose their control.
People just don’t want to work no more, so you got to give them snacks to keep them engaged.
Here’s an idea, lower your profits by 15%, triple everyone’s pay, and watch them all walk in whistling a happy tune every morning.
Or, y’know, give them a banana. That should work just as well.
