I have all these habits and confirm it’s a shit post, no one cares about these values. They just want to extract as much work from you at the lowest cost and then discard you as soon as you point out all the illegal shit they are doing.
lol #2 can fuck right off. oh okay so MY time is less valuable then which is fine? i will be there when you expect me to. showing up early can make people feel like you are waiting on them and now they are stressed about keeping you waiting. this is such a dumb habit to enforce imo.
Also habits that will lead you to being taken advantage of. Respect is great, but it must go both ways.
2 and 6 sound like employer lobbyist paid a visit.
You want easier time firing people, you want mobility of work force, you want headcount that is optimised to the death, you want to pay as little salaries as possible…
At the same time you want innovation, hard work, dedication, loyalty.
We will lie on our resumes and job interviews, we will look real busy, we will do the bare minimum, we will switch to the competitors side the second it looks better, because that’s the work culture you wanted and created.
People whose days are filled with busy-work don’t innovate shit. People who you show zero respect will have zero loyalty. They are just surviving long enough to find something better.
How about a bit more inequality in the system, just to see when it breaks and make an extra buck on the way.
