KOReader is a pretty decent ereader option, it matches what I put on my Kobo.
2·6 months agoI start with Subscribed/Active to get my fix for the content I want to see, and then Subscribed/New to contribute comments that aren’t parroting what others have already said.
Federated communities have been a challenge to me, because I’ve usually been a passive consumer, never really contributing.
I am trying to comment much more and hopefully post, because I want to help contribute the type of content that I want to see!
Lemmy seems a lot less toxic than Reddit. Every now and then I see comments here of people that are assholes, but its not the norm. Whenever I would check the comment feeds in Reddit, so many of them devolve into petty bickering. It seemed like a quarter of the user base set out that day to either be pissed off, or to piss someone else off.
