From what I’d read about it, search engines have become kinda shit, focusing on SEO and paid sponsored results than actually showing what someone searched for, so some small websites form webrings to help people find similar websites/interests while they’re on their site. I think it’s pretty cute/fun.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's good etiquette in correcting your comments on Lemmy? [Lemmiquette]
3·6 days agoI haven’t had to do any edits beyond minor typo corrections so far, but this is essentially what I’d do. I prefer crossing things out so people can see what the context would have been for any older comments.
My dumbass reading through these comments: “keep ass… ehehehehe”
I love this comic.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•People with pollen allergies, what do you do to deal with the symptoms?

They were playing Viva La Vida in the grocery store. I’m like… Okay, grocery store, I get you’re trying to “cater to my demographic” since we’re the “new olds” who now regularly shop for produce, but who the fuck thought Viva La Vida was a good “millennial shopper” music choice for picking out produce and scrutinizing cereal boxes? I died inside. Sacrilegious.

Ain’t nobody got time for that.
