We have one :3 well 2 kinds of water filters, technically, but one is the big kind of water treatment thing im imagining you’re referring to.

But that’s because we get water from our own well, so if we didn’t have water filtration systems our water would actually just be brown and taste of iron ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

I found out that when I made my minecraft world years ago I enabled some experimental features and forgot about them, cause I was trying to build a trading hall and couldn’t get any good loot =w=… so that’s “fun”. Can’t even disable that stuff by editing nbt data either it looks like. When I tried it just reset to being on… so I’ll need to restart on a new world after putting hours into this one… yay

Also yay voting! I try to vote in elections here whenever they come up :3 I kinda end up skipping the mayoral ones tho, cause they’re never present enough in media for me to remember by the time the voting day rolls around =w=. I do vote in the parliament, EU parliament, and presidential ones tho

All the ones I can think of are for individual games rather than general launchers lol. And third party mod launchers that you have to add your own games obtained elsewhere :p

For me steam input the big one that pulls me towards steam; seamless proton integration too, but that one I could handle losing, steam input on the other hand I think is one of the best input remappers out there, I even added all my non-steam games to steam to make use of it too haha

Yeah, it’s one of those things where one could argue that steam is successful in part to being entrenched (all of your friends are on steam and all of your games are on steam, so might as well continue using steam), but also… other game launchers are just worse? The fact steam has a lot of useful features, as well as surprisingly few scummy incidents in its history just makes it not worth switching off for me :p

I got a new personal best score on a game speedrun thingy =w=. It was funny cause a few runs prior I came just 0.04 seconds slow of my PB, and I was devastated lol

Well the rented sauna and free food is usually nice. The socializing part is the “price” to pay lol

Though now we’re working on building our own sauna in the yard, so the prospect of work events gets less enticing =w=

If I hear a song I like while out doing whatever, I’ll add it to my playlist and usually check out more from the artist.

Though I also just have a list of artists I like and stick to for the most part :p

This sounds a bit like the bottle and can return machines we have in stores here in europe. Here there’s an additional charge for the packaging for most drinks (10 cents for my country) which you get upon returning the bottle/can to a recycling machine. I know when it got introduced here the recycling statistic for plastic jumped up by quite a bit
