I have to use this at work, so yeah.
The really scary part is, I have gotten used to it and now it doesn’t feel so bad anymore.

Yes, I know how entitled some people in the US can be. Don’t get me wrong, we also have some of those here but the entitled people in the US are on a different league. I visited the US once and we experienced the first entitled person before even getting through security.
I guess here in Germany we don’t have quite the same mentality that the business needs to help pack your stuff, we also don’t have grocery baggers (or door greeters).
In the US you help people load stuff? I don’t think I have ever seen employees help someone load stuff here in Germany, apart from when someone bought a whole garden house or other stuff that isn’t on the shelves in the first place, but in the warehouse in the back, so they had to bring it out anyway.
I think some employees probably help if they feel like it, but only when you are nice. If you asked them to load a bag of mulch they would probably just say “good luck with loading it yourselves” 😂
Also if the difficult customers go and take their business elsewhere that means that mostly nice customers remain, so that’s nice.
If you buy the phone to use it ourself, doesn’t that mean that it is a personal item?
I’m pretty sure scientists back then could have told you that these balloons are too small. The person(s) who drew that picture most likely wasn’t a scientist, which is why it looks how it looks.
Yeah, it would be funny if the car is so crappy that he can somehow open it with his foot, but the wife/gf part is just boring.
Having my freshly planted raspberries and strawberries carry some fruit and seeing my newly planted fruit trees get some leaves.
I don’t think a mill can make the copper windings in the motor and isolate them. Same with the power cable.
Financially maybe, my parents were probably still at university at my age. They’d make more money than I do afterwards though.
And they had already found each other, while I’ve never even had one relationship yet.
Yup, the blood drains out of your legs while climbing.
They want everything, it’s probably an addiction by now.
The average population isn’t too selfish, the 1% is.
They wouldn’t have made it to the richest 1% if they weren’t so selfish, and now they have great power over us all, especially regarding the climate.
For GTA SA I remember chittychittybangbang to make your car fly.
Meanwhile, Dubstep failed to get mass appeal in Europe while DnB is still going strong, granted it isn’t big in every country, Germany sadly included, but it doesn’t look like it it’s going away anytime soon.
I actually listened to Dubstep before I started listening to DnB. I switched because of Riddim, a lot of melody was suddenly gone.
It’s fast and McDonalds is one of the only places in my city that is open 24/7
I don’t go there regularly anymore after I stopped working as a service technician who had to travel a lot.
I guess you probably also can’t imagine going somewhere and not driving there with your car.
I wouldn’t mind living in a city with affordable good apartments with good transit connections, in fact I moved to a small city from the surrounding countryside because I couldn’t stand driving to the city all the time.
Now I can and do bike almost everywhere because the distances are all small and the bike paths are of acceptable quality.
Yeah, the number of mexicans or mexican restaurants in Europe is very low, so each one doesn’t have much competition to incentivise improving.
Yeah, we Europeans have to figure out how to work together better, because that’s the only chance we have of being independent from countries like Russia, China (or the US).
Correct, if we go to a red dwarf star after a few minutes we would also percieve the light as white if it isn’t extremely red.
