This reminds me of a kid with a similar diagnosis I had when I first started teaching. He just turned 18 and came in that day “with his adult voice.” Full octave lower than usual, and wanted everyone to know it was because he just turned 18 - lasted until about lunch time. Hopefully this is a joke shirt, but I can definitely say there are people like this out there.

I give it about 24 months. He’ll get comfortable and make some stupid decision that ruins the money of some rich group and they’ll oust him. It sucks for everyone, but they’re too dumb not to eat themselves.

The library of things is also something many public libraries have now. Not just media, but tools, power tools, cooking pans and equipment, pod casting equipment. Definitely worth a look.

1000% this. Spending even an entire work-day to go attend training is part of being in the work force. I’d be spending my personal time dusting off my resume.
