The colors rewind me of Hiroshi Nagai artwork
I had this happen, and I updated, and now explorer doesn’t start or launch when I log in. I don’t use windows enough to justify reinstalling, so I just have a half broken windows install chilling in my PC

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's an album with a completely unique sound
1·4 months agoThis is one of my favorite albums ever.
If anyone was wondering, I believe nearly the whole album is made up of samples.
The Avalanches have a ton of other stuff. If you are a fan of Since I Left You, definitely check out the Gimix version which starts similar but has a lot of different tracks in it (including much more famous songs) https://youtu.be/X7i8bIhJY8c

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•People who don't wear earphones outside - why, and what do you do instead?
7·5 months agoSame exactly for me. I listen to tons of music at work and at home on my own time. But never outside.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What is your reason for not flipping to Linux?
2·6 months agoI used to dual boot windows just for when I needed to run LR Classic or Photoshop but now I just use winboat which makes them usable in Linux in your desktop environment while under the hood its running through a VM. It works great except not having GPU acceleration hurts, but it was a compromise worth it to me to not have to reboot into and out of windows.

Cool! Been forever since I was there.
