How is that not more compact than a bicycle?
Also for some people not having to pedal is actually a necessity so yes it’s a benefit to some.
Companies keep trying to recreate something similar for motorcycle helmets
No need to exercise, much more compact…
Still have mine somewhere, I wonder if it would be possible to take a Shield and put it in there or a RPi…
I didn’t remember that this is what it was about 😮
Oh my, some people are too young to have known this movie 😐
Aaaand you’re low-key defending authoritarianism…
But if you’re anti fascism but pro authoritarianism, you’re still wrong…
You can have a non-US centric point of view without defending Russia or Chinese genocides…

With the signs in two languages and the one trying to be in english (lulz) being smaller, where in Quebec is that?
Edit: Turns out it’s in France, I don’t think they would be importing French milk all the way to Quebec
I’ve got friends who are flexitarians, they’ll eat meat every few months when going out with friends, this way they aren’t limiting the group if they want to try a specific restaurant.
I’m just refuting your point that the data is worthless because anyone can train AI on it. It’s not worthless because although anyone can train their model on it, most companies would rather purchase the services from specialists, so all training data has value.
They can still sell their services, not every company want to launch their own LLM model
Doesn’t matter they’ve already ran out most quality content they could find and Reddit has limited who can train AI on their website.
What’s keeping AI from training on Lemmy?
Hint:
That’s because the format itself promotes the accumulation of knowledge instead of the constant repetition from Reddit style forums which are better at generating new content.
And the same thing is true for private businesses, most of the time they’re only private in the sense that the “shares” aren’t listed on the stock market, there’s still a bunch of investors behind the scene that each own a certain % of the company, it’s not just the figurehead that acts like they’re the sole owner (see Twitter with Musk and the documents released recently showing how much money for the purchase came from third parties).
Wouldn’t that open the door to the bill being declared illegal since you didn’t consent to the services?
