Two, they’re in a rush. You’re absolutely correct - they’re an in-between militia. The uniformity will come if they’re given time to dig in their position, but right now, they are desperately expanding and solidifying their hold on the nation.
Their power is an illusion. They don’t have the training, supplies, or leadership in place to actually control the country by force right now, so they’re just throwing whatever they have out there to overwhelm the innocent while they work on dismantling the bureaucracy and redirecting our military and local LEO capabilities toward domestic oppression.
