How come people like Cosby and Weinstein seem decrpit appearing before a judge or jury? Cosby could barely walk and W had to use a walker. Why do this because it doesn't influence anyone?

Yea but before going in they can walk right up with no canes or walkers. But then they get to trial its all pathetic looking.
