Eight patients were seen within 15 minutes of intranasal self-administration of large amounts of pure D-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) tartrate powder. Emesis and collapse occurred along with signs of sympathetic overactivity, hyperthermia, coma and respiratory arrest. Mild generalized bleeding occurred in several patients and evidence of platelet dysfunction was present in all. Serum and gastric concentrations of LSD tartrate ranged from 2.1 to 26 nanograms per ml and 1,000 to 7,000 μg per 100 ml, respectively. With supportive care, all patients recovered. Massive LSD overdose in man is life-threatening and produces striking and distinctive manifestations.

Tucker is our 12ish year old Tabby. He gets in the bed at night and snuggles up with his back against my chest, and uses his paws to grab my arm and pull it in against his belly like his own little body-pillow. His purring always puts me right to sleep.

Self-Sufficient Me fell into this category for me. Tons of very relaxing videos about growing fruit and vegetables at home… Then COVID hit and he started talking about “prepping” and “Doomsday” in every video. Didn’t work for me anymore after that.
There was another that I just remembered, Survival Lilly, who did survivalist and bushcraft videos. Again, lots of natural outdoor scenery and birdsong and just enjoying the weather and all that, but fell into a bunch of anxiety-inducing Doomsday prepper talk. Just looked her up now and she’s gone completely off the rails and is mostly putting out right-wing conspiracy stuff. Bummer.

I’m reading it as, when starting on some new project or goal, there are all of these preparatory things that have to happen first, and the urge to perfectly complete all of those preparations gets in the way of actually starting the actual project/goal.
I’d recommend Anker’s Soundcore series too.
I was also a Skullcandy fan (still have a pair of their Dime 2 earbuds I like to use when I’m going to sleep). The Anker p31i are my daily drivers now, though. For around $30 on sale, they have active noise cancelling and the batteries last all day – I didn’t charge the battery in the carrying case until a month after I bought them.
